More than 830 firefighters continue battling the Seven Cabins Fire burning northeast of Ruidoso, which was sparked by the fatal crash of a medical aircraft; New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has issued an executive order declaring extreme drought and severe fire conditions across the state.
