The San Juan County Commission, Mescalero Apache Tribe and Zia Park Casino Hotel Racetrack, in Hobbs are challenging a February 10th decision by the New Mexico Racing Commission to transfer the racing and casino license to a proposed facility in Clovis; Sacramento Camp and Conference Center has been awarded a $28,000 trail enhancement grant; The Combat Hero Bike Build organization is expected to pass through Cloudcroft between 8:45 and 9 a.m.
