The Outdoor Recreation Trails+ grant has awarded $3.2 million to 18 outdoor projects including CAPPED, Inc. in Otero County; a record number of awardees were honoroed Monday at the Farm to Cafeteria Conference; Santa Paws will be at the Humane Society of Lincoln County on Saturday.
